Terms of use

Draft for pilot testing. This text must be reviewed by a qualified Rwandan lawyer before public launch.

  1. eMIZIGO is operated by eMIZIGO Technologies Ltd. It connects people who need goods moved (shippers) with drivers.
  2. eMIZIGO is not a transport company. The driver and the shipper make their own agreement and are responsible for it.
  3. You must give true information about yourself, your vehicle and your load.
  4. You must not use eMIZIGO to move prohibited, illegal, stolen or dangerous goods.
  5. Payments are made directly between the shipper and the driver. eMIZIGO does not hold or guarantee payments in the first version.
  6. Drivers are responsible for holding the licences, insurance and authorizations required by Rwandan law.
  7. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.
  8. Treat everyone with respect. Harassment is not allowed.
