How do I get my load moved?
Tap Post, answer three short steps and publish. Then look at nearby drivers, chat, agree on a price and select one driver.
How do I find loads?
Add your vehicle and documents. After approval, tap Ndahari (Available). Nearby loads that fit your vehicle will appear.
How is the price decided?
The shipper can suggest a price. Either person can send an offer in the chat. When one person accepts, the price is recorded and cannot be changed.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver directly with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, cash or bank transfer. eMIZIGO does not hold the money.
How do I install eMIZIGO on my phone?
Android (Chrome): open the menu ⋮ and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
What happens without internet?
The app still opens. Your unfinished load and unsent messages are kept on your phone and sent when you reconnect. Job updates are not sent while offline.
